Since
1988 Lift For Life Gym has been a safe, healthy haven for inner-city
kids. Children can lift weights, get help with homework, use the
computer lab and eat a healthy dinner – all for free. The Gym receives
no government funding. Contributions from people like you keep us
afloat. Please give generously to help us keep the doors open and the
lights on.
